You're motivated and ready to make the changes! You just need a little bit of accountability and guidance to "turn the dial" on your weight loss or transition to a WFPB Lifestyle. And maybe some kitchen training too!
Coaching plans includes a weekly 45-minute phone or Zoom call with Katy to chat about goals, progress, challenges, meals, etc. We will work together to identify your goals for weight loss and health, and create long-term sustainable habits and systems to help you on your journey.
This plan also includes access to texting for questions that come up throughout the week, help coming up with a plan for prep and meals, access to recipes, book recommendations and more!
