You're motivated and ready to make the changes! You just need a little bit of accountability and guidance to "turn the dial" on your weight loss or transition to a WFPB Lifestyle. And maybe some kitchen training too!
Coaching plans includes a weekly 45-minute phone or Zoom call with Katy and/or Annalee to chat about goals, progress, challenges, meals, etc. We will work together to identify your goals for weight loss and health, and create long-term sustainable habits and systems to help you on your journey.
This plan also includes access to texting for questions that come up throughout the week, help coming up with a plan for prep and meals, access to recipes, book recommendations and more!
