The 4 Week Lifestyle Transition + Weight Loss Course helps clients shift from the Standard American diet to a Whole Foods Plant-Based lifestyle, featuring nutritious, satisfying food. The course is perfect for people who are working towards improving their health or wanting to lose weight in a sustainable way, that will work with their lifestyle long-term. It's a group course where about half our time each week is dedicated to educational topics and discussions, and the other half to kitchen activities.

In just 4 weeks, this course provides over 16 hours of education, coaching, and support, ideal for those ready to take full responsibility for their health and make the switch to a WFPB lifestyle but need guidance.

The course includes…

Four in-person weekly group meetings (approximately 3.5 hours each):

  • Education on the benefits of a WFPB lifestyle
  • Assistance transitioning to a plant-based diet
  • Training on meal planning, recipes, and plate composition for maximum, sustainable weight loss (no going hungry or calorie counting!)
  • Guidance in creating a shopping list and navigating grocery stores for WFPB items
  • Tips for stocking your pantry for success
  • Cooking demonstrations and hands-on cooking sessions
  • Techniques for staying on track in various situations, such as eating out or during holiday celebrations
  • Insights into the mindset shifts necessary for sustained success
  • Each week, clients will sample new foods, and go home with some prepped food and meals ($150 total value)
  • Four weekly individual check-ins with Katy via phone or Zoom (30 minutes/week) to address obstacles, answer questions, and provide resources and encouragement
  • Individual access to chat with Katy as needed throughout the week
  • Access to a group chat for encouragement, inspiration, and questions
  • Video, book, and recipe resource recommendations
Please note: A doctor’s approval will be necessary before starting this program if you have an existing medical condition.

At the end of 4 weeks, clients will have a solid understanding of the benefits of a WFPB lifestyle, along with practical systems and strategies to support their health goals.
